How to send your ID card data for print

It's easy to send data for us to print your ID cards. Whether you choose email or a file transfer application like WeTransfer, it takes just a couple of minutes once you've found a process that works for you.

Organise your data

If you created and personalised your own ID cards and have print-ready files for each of them, you can skip this bit and move on to the transfer methods below.

Create a list

The first step is to create a list of all the staff or club members who need an ID card. The list should contain their names, job titles and any other information that needs to be personalised on each card.

Your list can be created using Microsoft Word or Excel, or simply typed in Notepad or in your email.

Please check your list for spelling errors before sending it to us.

Label your photos

Each person's photo should be saved as a jpeg/png/PDF and be labelled with their name or a number that corresponds to your list.

#1 - Email

You can send your data to us by email, but please ensure your security settings are up to date and that you have email encryption enabled.

Simply attach the list you created or type it into your email, then attach your photos.

To do this, look for a tool or button named 'attach files', or drag and drop your files and photos in to the email.

TIP If you have lots of photos to send, select them all and right click to put them in a zip file. Then attach the zip file to your email.

#2 - WeTransfer

WeTransfer is easy to use and is free. You don't even need to sign up to use their service, so they get a big thumbs up from us.

Please remember to delete the data you upload to file transfer applications when you no longer need to share it.

Enter the receiver's email address.

Enter your own email address.

Enter a subject title and message.

Click the blue icon to upload your labelled photos and list.

When ready, click 'Transfer' and we'll receive an email with a link to the data you just uploaded.

#3 - Your own preferred method

We're happy to use the file transfer method that suits you best, so feel free to use something else like Google Drive, Dropbox or One Drive.

Just let us know what works best for you and we'll tailor our service around your individual needs.
