Delivery, Returns & Pricing


Please feel free to check our prices page, which shows the price per ID card printed in full colour to one side. You can also visit our order online pages where you can build your ID card package or custom plastic card package and see the total price (before shipping).

Design : Sending Your Own

If you send your own designs for us to print, we'll perform a free file-check and will provide feedback if your design(s) need adjusting.

• FREE when you order any quantity of ID cards.

• £5* may apply for custom printed samples.

Design : Our Design Service

We'll create a completely custom ID card design for you, using your business logo and branding. Simply send us your logo and a brief description of how you want your ID cards to look and we'll send you PDF proofs and a printed sample to approve:

• 3x PDF proofs/amendments

• 1x Custom printed sample

• One-off cost £21 (approx.)

If you need to change your logo or colour scheme in future, don't worry -  your design(s) can be updated at any time!


We're quick & aim to dispatch your ID cards, custom printed cards and accessories on the same day you place your order via:

Royal Mail 1st Class (Signed For)

• arrives within 1-2 working days.

• signature required on delivery.

•  from £3.50 per parcel.

Royal Mail or Parcel Force Next Day

• Under 2kg - Royal Mail Next Working Day.

• Over 2kg - ParcelForce 24.

• arrives by the next working day.

• signature required on delivery.

• from £10 per parcel.

Other Delivery Methods

We sometimes use DPD or APC delivery services to get certain items to you quickly and securely. If you have a preferred courier of your own, let us know and we'll try to accommodate your needs as best we can.

Accepted Payments

We accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer, BACS, cheque and major credit or debit cards. Card payments are processed via Stripe Checkout services.

Please contact us if you would like to set up an account to make payment on terms.

Returns & Faults

If you receive faulty goods from us, we'll provide replacements as quickly as possible. We may ask you to return the goods to us or the manufacturer, or we may ask for photographs of the fault for examination.
